1st Convention in Paris / France, 17th - 19th February 1962
with delegates of submariners associations from France, USA, Netherlands,
Italy and Germany.
2nd Convention in Paris / France, 22nd - 24th February 1963
with delegations from France, Italy, USA, Great Britain and Germany
Heads of delegations worked out a plan for future loose cooperation of national submariners associations.

3rd Convention in Munich / Germany, 15th - 18th May 1964
with more than 200 submariners from Italy (65), France (35), Great Britain
(8), Austria and Germany . Also a group of US officers in Europe took part.
4th Convention in Venice/ Italy,14th - 17th May 1965
with more than 400 submariners and relatives (100 of them from Germany)

5th Convention in Paris/ France, 27th - 30th May 1966
number of participants not known, 87 guests from Germany
6th Convention in Cologne / Germany, 28th - 30th April 1967
with more than 600
present persons.
International delegates worked out:
" We don't want to create an international umbrella organization. Reasons: We don't want to seperate submariner organizations of one nation into a national and an international branche. We want that our meetings are characterized by friendship and not by organizational duties."
In 1968 no convention took place!
7th Convention in Sirmione, Lake Garda / Italy, 2nd - 4th May 1969
with nearly 400 guests, 90
of them from Germany
8th Convention in Bandol/Bendor in France, 1st - 4th May 1970
with 270 guests, 70
of them from Germany
The newspaper Le Meridional-La France wrote:
"...The former submariners start the construction of Europe from inside.....this international convention demonstrates a lot of interesting points of view on the way to a united Europe and for developing friendschip among different nations. . .".
